On arrival at our site every car is brought into the workshop for appraisal, where every part possible is thoroughly checked and tested. All the parts that pass these tests are logged onto our computer system. Then before dismantling, each vehicle is fully depolluted in line with the latest regulations using the AutoDrain depollution system. This involves removing all the fluids from the vehicle that can cause harm to the environment in a safe and secure manner. |

The computer generates a picking list to enable our dismantling technicians to remove all the required parts for stock and sale. |

After all the required parts are removed from a vehicle, the remaining shell is then bailed ready to be transported to the shredder. |

The shredder plant reduces the bails it is fed into small manageable fragments for the foundries.
